I have not always had a good experience with gander outdoors. I stopped going in for a while due to some not so nice staff. But I recently started going into the deforest store again and have come across some very nice people especially the cashier that seems to always be there when I go in. Shannon’s customer service is amazing she is always so polite and always makes my husband and I feel very welcome. If we have a bad experience while shopping that always gets changed around before we leave due to Shannon’s politeness and great customer service. when we see her welcoming energy as we approach the register.

I can Not say enough about Gander RV and their Entire team. I didn't buy an RV from them, but if I was in the market, I'd certainly call them first!

I had a window fall out of the RV I own (all under warranty via Winnebago)
It was Refreshing to not only get help with this issue during this holiday season but they expedited everything for me and truly cared about the situation I was in.

Everyone was so kind and helpful!
Grant in service, who seriously made Everything happen without a glitch, was caring, communicative, and on the ball.
Derrick in sales who was kind enough to show me around while talking RVs, while I was waiting.
Christina (I hope I'm spelling her name right) truly Rocked!!! She took the time to put this window in, as it was her own, and Im telling you the location of this window was nothing short or a pain in the butt. The care she took was amazing ... such a perfectionist!

I cannot begin to tell you How Refreshing it was to have such Good Customer Service ... especially in this day in age!!!
