I haven't always had the best time at Gander Outdoors. I took a break from visiting because of some not-so-friendly staff. However, I recently returned to the Deforest location and met some really nice folks, especially the cashier who's usually there when I pop in. Shannon's service is top-notch; she's super polite and makes my husband and me feel right at home. If we ever have a rough shopping experience, it gets turned around thanks to Shannon's kindness and excellent service. We can’t help but feel uplifted by her warm vibe as we approach the checkout.

I can't express enough how great Gander RV and their entire crew are. Although I didn’t purchase an RV from them, if I were looking to buy, they’d be my first call!

I had a window pop out of my RV (all covered under warranty by Winnebago). It was so nice to get assistance with this problem during the holiday season, and they really rushed everything for me, showing genuine concern for my situation.

Everyone was super friendly and supportive! Grant in service was fantastic; he made everything run smoothly without any hiccups. Derrick in sales was also great, taking the time to chat about RVs while I waited. Christina (hope I got her name right) was amazing! She treated the window installation like it was her own, and let me tell you, the spot for that window was a real hassle. The attention she gave was incredible ... such a perfectionist!

I can’t stress enough how refreshing it was to experience such excellent customer service, especially these days! Huge thanks to the entire team at Gander RV ... you all are the best!
